Pizza Fondue

1 pound of ground beef
2 cans of pizza sauce with cheese
8 ounces of grated cheddar cheese
8 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of fennel seed, optional
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
tortilla chips

Brown the beef, crumble fine and drain. Combine all of the ingredients except the tortilla chips in a slow cooker. Cover. Heat on LOW for 2 - 3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 8 to 12 servings

Pizza Fondue 2

18 ounces of Mozzarella cheese
29 ounce jar of meatless spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion, chopped
Bread, unsliced French or Italian

Combine ingredients and heat until melted. Serve with 1 inch chunks or bread.

Pizza Fondue 3

1 onion, chopped
1/2 pound of ground sirloin
2 tablespoons of shortening
Two (10 1/2 oz.) cans pizza sauce
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seed
1 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 cup of Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup of Mozzarella, grated

Brown onion and ground sirloin in shortening. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Serve in fondue dish with cubed Italian bread or bread sticks.
