| Bacon & Tomato Cups
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped 1/2 small onion, chopped 3/4 cup of grated Swiss Cheese 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of basil one 10 ounce can of flaky biscuits
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix all ingredients together, except biscuits. Set aside. Separate each biscuit into 3 thin layers. Press each layer into mini muffin pan cups and fill with bacon mixture. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 30 cups. |
