Brown beef and oil in skillet, add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Place in greased casserole, cover with topping. Bake at 425ºF. for 20 - 25 minutes. 5 - 6 serves 1 pound of corn meal 1 tablespoons of flour 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 egg, beaten 1/3 cup of milk 1 tablespoons of corn oil
