| Memorial Day Salad 1/2 cup of soft cream cheese
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows, diced
1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup of chopped pecans
A dash of salt
1 cup of whipping cream, whipped stiff
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; add marshmallows, pineapple, pecans and salt. Fold in cream lightly. Pour into molds or large pan. Chill overnight. Serve on lettuce. Yield: 8 servings. |
