In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine the frozen vegetables and water. Cook, covered on 100% power (high) for 7 - 9 minutes (11 to 14 minutes in low wattage ovens) or until just tender. Drain well. Stir in the cream cheese, milk, pepper and garlic powder. Cook, covered on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until it is heated through, stirring once. Makes 5 servings |
