| Chicken Florentine
2 pkg. of frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Spread cooked spinach on bottom of greased baking dish. Cover with sauce. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 - 30 minutes.
Sauce: 2 tablespoons of butter, melted 3 tablespoons of flour 1 teaspoon of Accent 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne |
