Chicken Florentine

2 pkg. of frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Spread cooked spinach on bottom of greased baking dish. Cover with sauce. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºF.   for 20 - 30 minutes.

Sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of Accent
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne

2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar of mushrooms, drained
2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped

Melt butter. Stir in flour, Accent, salt and cayenne. Add milk, gradually, and stir until thick. Add Parmesan cheese, mushrooms and chicken
