Arrange cleaned hens in lightly greased shallow pan. Melt the butter in saucepan; add all remaining ingredients except onion and garnish. Mix well. Brush mixture evenly on each hen; sprinkle onion over top. Bake uncovered, in preheated 400ºF. oven for 1 hour, basting often. Serve on heated platter with parsley sprigs, lemon slices and grapes for garnish. Serves 6 |
