| Cherry Pork Spareribs
4 pounds of pork spareribs, cut into small pieces 2 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon of ginger 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves 1 can of water-packed red tart cherries, drained juice from cherries 3 tablespoons of vinegar 1/3 cup of molasses |

Brown spareribs; pour off fat. Remove ribs from pan. In pan, mix flour, salt, and spices; stir in cherry juice, vinegar, and molasses. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Return spareribs to skillet; cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Uncover and add cherries; simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serves 4-6.
