| Chili Barbecued Pork Spareribs
3 pounds of pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces 1 large onion, chopped 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil 1/4 cup of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 clove of garlic 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar 1/2 cup of water 1 cup of chili sauce 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 teaspoon of salt dash of pepper dash of Tabasco sauce |

Sauté onions in oil until tender; add remaining ingredients except ribs. Place ribs in baking pan; cover with sauce. Bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
