| Asparagus Chinoise
36 spears asparagus 1/4 cup of butter or margarine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/8 teaspoon of salt
Cut the asparagus diagonally in 1/4 inch slices. Sauté in the butter until tender, about 6 minutes. About 2 minutes before the asparagus is done, add soy sauce and salt. Makes 6 servings |
